Doe Eye doing it big!
A couple months ago, I made a post about a brand new singer/musician from San Francisco named Doe Eye. I claimed that she’s on her way to become successful in the music industry and that every female artist I’ve followed from the beginning (Dev and Kreayshawn) have gone on to blossom into the mainstream.
I feel like a lot of people discredited my post about Doe Eye because they probably assumed that I was overrating her just because I went to school with her or maybe they thought I was just being a pretentious music fan; No one probably believed me when I said she has good potential.
But, I digress.
After only a few months after her release of her first ever single, “I Hate You”, Doe Eye has become Fuse TV’s Unsigned Artist of the Month.
I know it’s just minor exposure for now, but hey, at least she’s on TV now (A lot of unsigned artists take much longer to get national television exposure), and that’s a good start especially since it’s only been a couple months. If she keeps up at this pace, she’ll be getting more recognition within the next year or two.
If you have Comcast On Demand and want to check out her music video for ‘I Hate You’, you can view it in the music category; go to “Fuse Tv” and click on the Indie section.

Doe Eye - I Hate You

Check this song out if you’re an Indie fan! In case you didn’t read my recent post about Doe Eye, this is a track by an up and coming musician who I feel has a lot of potential to gain major success and recognition.

I tend to have a good ear for undiscovered talent.
When it comes to female musicians, the two women who I’ve followed and supported from their very start have ended up reaching success and are continuing to add on to their accomplishments and achievements. These two women are DEV and Kreayshawn; both being from Northern California.
Along with Dev and Kreayshawn, there has been a third musician who I know will end up gaining a lot of recognition in the future. Her name is Doe Eye, an artist from San Francisco, California.
Unlike the other two musicians I’ve been following, Doe Eye doesn’t make pop music, nor is she a rapper. Her music is acoustic, and she has an incredibly soothing voice that compliments her guitar which makes for some amazing music.
Being a person who is familiar to music from artists like Corinne Bailey Rae, Ingrid Michaelson and Adele, I know a good voice when I hear it, and Doe Eye definitely has potential. Make sure to check out her new song, “I Hate You” on the link below:
